But the long, winding road through individual Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Panther, Guardians and other movies is littered with deleted scenes that could have changed everything (or at least made a few rogue Variants along the way).

These are 11 that I thought were interesting, and that could have shaped the MCU in unexpected ways.

Many of these scenes

Many of these scenes are from the biggest -up movies Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, but plenty still come from newer Marvel Studios (and Sony) releases Eternals and Spider-Man: No Way Home, and ALL of them could have had a huge impact on the MCU.

Some even date back to the very first MCU film, s Iron Man, but all are fun to watch (even without the completed CGI).
